Odysseys are like a round-robin version of writing. The structure of the story is created beforehand, and everyone who participates is allowed to control any character. Odysseys have the potential to be expertly crafted masterpieces of literature. Writing high quality Odysseys should be the ultimate goal of every member of the community. All posts and attached files within this forum and all its subforums will retain the Odyssey Authors copyright and may be published in the future. If you don't agree with this then don't post on this board.

This board is where all information and submissions for Odyssey Authors Contests are kept. Members may vote for their favorites here to decide who the winners of the Odyssey Award and other prizes should be! Only Administrators can make new topics here, but all members can post responses as well submitting work and votes! Please keep in mind that this board is for submissions to Odyssey Authors and that members can't retain copyright to work posted here. Good luck!

The creators of the role-playing settings typically have rules and required reading for each individual setting which you can find as stickied topics at the top of the setting's "Off-Topic Discussion" forum. Some forums and subforums contained within this Role-playing category retain the Odyssey Authors copyright and may be put into books in the future. Please read the description of any board before posting on it.
